Enjoy the beautiful river right out the back door. The river runs full in the spring/summer, and you can raft from the Elephant Butte Dam right to the house! Swimming in the river is not recommended. And during the fall/winter months enjoy the abundance of wildlife that the river draws right to you. Birds, deer, coyotes, etc.... Furthermore, this home is 3 minutes to the world-famous hot springs, 5 minutes to all the amenities in town, and 10 minutes from Elephant Butte Lake. Well behaved pets are welcomed. Summary: This is a beautiful home with many nice little extras that you don’t normally see. Rooms were spread out for privacy, yet the common areas were excellent for hanging out and enjoying each others company. Backyard was amazing! Everything was clean and we very much enjoyed our stay.
